What We Do

Childbirth classes prepare you for one of the most important days of your life. These classes will help to ease some of the fear of labor and birth and empower you to work with your body through labor. You and your coach will bond as you learn:

• How to prepare physically and emotionally for labor.
• Comfort measures for Mom (&Coach)
  
• The stages of labor
• Relaxation and  massage
• Lamaze breathing techniques
• Pain management options, including medications and natural pain relief.
• Breastfeeding basics
  
• Infant development 

Classes taught by an ICEA certified instructor.

Classes are held on a four week rotating schedule, please contact us by your seventh month. One day classes are also available.
